Welcome to the 2026 Argyle Youth Cheerleading season! We are excited to offer a program that builds

confidence, teamwork, leadership, and school spirit while creating a fun and positive experience for all

participants.

 

Program Overview

  • Cheers, chants, and basic stunts

  • Sideline performance skills and a halftime routine

  • Teamwork and leadership development

  • Good sportsmanship and responsibility

 

Registration Includes

  • New uniform

  • Customized bow

  • Pom poms

  • Two practice shirts

  • Choreography camp

  • End-of-season event (details coming soon)

 

Important Dates

 

Mandatory Uniform Fitting

May 2nd | 12:00–4:00 PM

Argyle West Cafeteria

SignUpGenius will be sent to select a time slot.

 

Mandatory Choreography Camp

July 29th & 30th | 1:00–4:00 PM

Argyle High School

This choreography camp is separate from the Varsity/JV Mini Camp and is NOT included in this

registration. The Varsity/JV Mini Camp can be found through the school’s summer camp options online.

 

Expectations

  • Attend all scheduled practices and games

  • Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents

  • Maintain positive behavior at school, events, and on social media

  • Arrive on time and prepared

 

Parent Involvement

  • Coaches needed for 3rd & 4th Grade – cheer@argyleyouthfootball.com

  • Volunteer at events

  • Assist with team coordination

  • Support fundraising efforts

All program updates will be shared through team communication platforms and/or email. Please ensure

your contact information is up to date.

What to Bring to Uniform Fitting

  • Proper-fitting athletic clothing (sports bra recommended; tight shorts preferred)

  • Thin socks (for optional Varsity Cheer shoe sizing)
